  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground coriander

Then, take a big bowl and 140 ml of pot natural yogurt, 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric, ½ teaspoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of ground coriander and 1 tablespoon of ground cumin. Once you’ve combined all the ingredients properly together, add the chicken drumsticks and rub them well in the mixture. Then, cover the bowl and leave it for around 20-30 minutes (or more if you want).

Step 2: Slowly, remove the drumsticks from the mixture and shake them off gently to get rid of any excess. The chicken should then be cooked on the barbecue for around 15-25 minutes.

Note: You may serve with rice or naan.

Reviews:

“Had this last night – really tasty. Used half the quantities and used 3 large chicken thighs complete with skin and bones. Totally delicious with lots of yummy juices to pour over.”-From Jacqui

“Made this for dinner tonight it was ok bit bland for me think if I make it again I’ll up the chilli powder a good bit. The other half liked it but for me it just lacked some oomph !!” – From F

“Just made this in the oven with chicken breasts, didn’t have time to stand for 30 mins, and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy, did cook for an extra 5 minutes as I think I left a bit too much marinade on and it was a bit wet in the cuts in the chicken.” – From Denis
